Service Description
This is our first teen-centered class, in this 6 week program participants will be guided through learning the pottery wheel through repetition and a variety of fun projects. We'll have time to learn all about throwing, trimming on the wheel and how to add handles and decoration to our pieces. The last class will be dedicated to glazing. You will be guided through making pieces from start to finish, which includes learning how to dry, attach parts, and glaze your pieces to watch them transform! Cost of the course is $230 and includes all clay and a variety of different glazes and firings. Class is 2 hours from 3:30-5:30pm with some time included for clean up. *Financial support available through the Youth Access Fund for low and modest income families. Cancellation Policy
6-week classes can be cancelled up to 7 days ahead of the booking to allow time for someone to take over your booking. Exceptions can be made if we are able to rebook someone else in your place which is sometimes possible due to demand.
